How Maplestory started...

        Maplestory was created by South Korean Company, Wizet. Then it spread throughout the world with the help of some others, such as Nexon. Maplestory had celebrated its 8th anniversary in May, 2011. When Maplestory first started out, it was extremely hard to level up. Those who made it to 200 were rare.
         Then, Maplestory made bunches of updates and made it easier. In 2010, the Big Bang Update changed the entire game! It multiplied the EXP gained, and drops, and things. It also added 3 characters called the Resistance. Following that, came the Chaos Update. All these updates are improving Maplestory a lot. Then, the most recent, the Legends Update. Not only introducing 3 new characters, they were included in a story line, against the Black Mage, the evil guy. So, all these updates are really helping out to improve the game. Introduction to Maplestory

         Maplestory is an online-multiplayer game played throughout the whole world. The object of this game is to beat monsters like slimes, mushrooms, that kind of thing. The more you beat, you gain EXP points. It is a very fun game that can be dangerously addicting.(To some people.) Some characters have a story line, some don't. Here is a brief intro of the game.
       There are many classes, or jobs in Maplestory. Warriors, Thieves, Magicians, Pirates, and Bowman are the main five. But their are many other jobs as well. But all the jobs link back to these five. Evan, Battle Mage, Blaze Wizards are all Magicians. Arans, Dawn Warriors, and Demon Slayers are all Warriors. And so on.
